Refund and Returns Policy
1. General Conditions
At IH Studio – Custom Rhinestone Inlay, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our handcrafted crystal-embellished products. We offer both ready-made rhinestone-embellished items and custom rhinestone inlay services for new and pre-owned items.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
3. Refunds
- If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
- Orders for ready-made products can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- For custom embellishment services, cancellations are only possible before the work has started. Once the decoration process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items decorated on a customer’s pre-owned items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
