We specialize in both "custom-made" and "ready-to-purchase" crystal-adorned accessories, ensuring that every client finds something truly unique and luxurious.

IH Studio is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and operates under Swiss and European Union laws. We specialize in custom rhinestone inlays, offering both pre-made and custom-designed products, including the embellishment of new and pre-owned items.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Custom Orders
Customers may request custom rhinestone inlay designs on new or used items. IH Studio reserves the right to decline orders that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to modify or alter any item they send to us for customization.
4.2 Pre-made Items
We sell pre-made, rhinestone-inlaid products. Availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
4.3 Quality and Variations
Each custom inlay is handcrafted, and slight variations may occur. Rhinestones may experience normal wear and tear over time; IH Studio is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or improper care.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, TWINT. A 30% deposit is required before production begins on custom orders.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within Switzerland and internationally where applicable. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. IH Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or force majeure events.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of IH Studio. Customers grant IH Studio a limited license to use photos of custom work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
IH Studio is not liable for damage to customer-provided items unless caused by gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Amendments
IH Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
